How To Play Sudoku puzzle

To solve SuDoku, each row, column and box must end up containing all of the numbers FROM 1 to 9, or, in other words, every number FROM 1 to 9 must appear in:
- Each of the nine 3x3 boxes;
- Each of the nine vertical columns;
- Each of the nine horizontal rows.

The Type-in Tool Simply click your mouse in one of the empty squares to INSERT a number; this will display the Type-in Tool. To INSERT any number FROM 1 to 9 click the correspondent button. To empty a filled square click the ‘blank’ button. You can even change the colour of your numbers FROM blue (default) to green and backwards using the green and the blue buttons on the right side of the tool.

Pencilling in You can type in practice numbers in the top of each box above the dashed line using your keypad.

Right Path and Wrong Path functions When you have completed a line, column or box correctly, the ‘Right Path Function’ (RPF) shades in the correct line, column or box in white while if there are any wrong numbers the ‘Wrong Path Function’ (WPF) shades in the wrong line, column or box in pale grey.

Timer The timer starts as soon as you open the SuDoku puzzle page or any time you refresh the page in exchange for some credits, of course. The time is displayed during the entire solving period.

If you are in a middle of a chain of errors that may prove impossible to unravel click the ‘Reset Table’ button to reset the entire TABLE and start all over again. If you decide to see the solution just click the ‘Show Solution’ button.
